We are committed to total customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with an item it may be returned within 30 days less Shipping & Handling charge. Please email email@example.com prior to making any return.
- Products must be returned in new, unworn condition with tags attached.
- There will be a 15% restocking fee for all qualifiable refunds unless goods are defective or damaged in shipping.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded unless products are defective or there is a shipping error.
- We do not accept returns on Grillz, Earrings, made-to-order Customs and Moissanite Jewelries.
- Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for return confirmation and return center address. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- When returning items, customers must return with trackable tracking. Returns with no tracking will not be processed.
- Any promotional gifts or free items must also be included when returning the order. Otherwise, the original price of the gift or free item will be deducted from the refund.
Non-Refundable & Non-exchange Items
- Final sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.
- Personallized or items, including custom pendants, custom photo necklace, and engraved products, and made-to-order moissanite s925 products are non-refundable after 24 hrs since order is placed.
- Items have been worn, damaged or altered are not applicable for refund.
Refunds will processed within 7 business days upon the receipt of returned package. The refund can only be issued through the original payment method or in the form of our store credit as you selected.
